Here at Organic Advice we strive to support parents, health professionals, and teachers to educate, inspire, and empower children to to eat the recommended daily servings from the five food groups. Anja is a certified Nutritionist that teaches kids and their adults how to eat a holistic diet comprised of natural, in-season, organically grown foods and the recommended serving amounts. We offer educational materials and assist with goal setting for the entire family.
Holistic weight loss is an approach that considers the many factors that can contribute to a person carrying around extra weight. It includes not only diet and exercise, but also the spiritual, emotional, and mental components that play a huge role in the body's ability to reach and maintain a healthy weight.
As a certified Nutritionist, Our understanding of holistic nutrition can help our clients improve performance and drop body fat. Very few competitive sports require excess body fat to improve performance. Most sports require you to be operating at optimal efficiency for your size and strength. Here at O.A. Our holistic nutrition is a comprehensive, individualized healthy nutrition plan which focuses on the individual as a whole, including all aspects of their lifestyle. We encourage eating foods as close as possible to their natural state (unprocessed, no additives, fortifications, or artificial enrichments
Anja is an amazing Life Coach. She helped me find coping skills that worked for me. As a person with mental health issues, she was very knowledgeable about how to help me with impulse control. She helped me break bad habits and implement healthy habits I wanted to learn. She is very flexible with her schedule and is very detailed with her notes. She is very organized and has excellent communication skills. She isn’t like your average Life Coach. Working with Anja is like talking to your best friend. She never made me feel like I was being judged. She was just overall and amazing person. It doesn’t feel like work with her it, she made this process easy for me. Even when I made mistakes along the way she encouraged me to keep going. No one is perfect including me. She even has 3 children two of which are special needs so she understands firsthand how difficult it can be to raise children and beyond! Hats off to organic advice I’m so happy that she finally decided to to open a business!

I have worked with Anja for the past seven years. When I first started working with her I was unemployed and could barely leave the house without getting physically ill. About My Journey to Organic Advice LLC
Certified Life Coach, Certified Relationship Counselor; and Certified nutritionist & Personal Trainer. WOW that is a mouthful. But there is more to me than just certifications. I am 29 and am a mother of three beautiful kiddos! my eldest is autistic and it has been an educational journey raising her. I specialize in relationships because everyone on Earth you know right now has a relationship with someone right? I entered into this field because I do have such vast arrays of personal wisdom to share. I strive to further my education daily and learn how to be a better me, because being my best self allows me to channel that energy to share with my clients. My journey to opening O.A. started March of 2020. I decided to take a leap of faith and go to Mexico with my tax money and have gastric sleeve surgery! It was the best decision of my life. 7 months later I found I had reached my goal weight of 150lbs! and I got pregnant for the third time! I used to weigh at my highest 315lbs. I now have totally dedicated myself to breaking the cycle and raising my kids with the right knowledge about food, and just what it can do to and for you. If I can do it; I know you can! and I'm here to help you do just that. I have personal experience working with clients that have mental disabilities, clients that have struggled with toxic familial relationships, drug addiction, clients going through custody battles and so much more! let me custom tailor a plan that works for you!
